When we received your purchase, we'll contact you and provide you with up to 1 continuous hour of support on your machine using phone, email or gotomeeting, whichever is deemed best to provide you with a resolution.

1-on-1 Setup and/or Training

On these sessions, we access your computer for 1 Continuous Hour and setup and/or train you on 123 Sync. The session is over once we disconnect from your system OR 1 hour has passed, whichever comes first.

SyncCare Support Program

With SyncCare we provide you with the following:

  • 12 months of Phone, Email, and Gotomeeting Assistance.
  • Phone Service is available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST
  • Patches and upgrade assistance
  • Priority resolution of any synchronization issues.
  • Minimum of 30% discount on major product upgrades. .
  • SyncCare starts on the day you purchase it.

Issues not covered:

  • SyncCare is not a training program. If you with to be trained, purchase 1-on-1 training .
  • SyncCare is not a usability service i.e. it does not cover user-related issues. It only covers installation and configuration issues.

Requirements:

  • You must be running an eligible version of 123 Synchronizer. Currently, only 123 Sync 2012 is eligible for SyncCare.
  • Your system must meet the minimum system and implementation requirements to be eligible at the time of purchase
  • SyncCare is only available for 1 machine/1 user and it is non-transferable.
